UHMW composite road plates
UHMW composite road plates, namely ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene composite road plates, are high-performance engineering plates made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) as the main raw material. They have been widely used in various fields due to their excellent properties.

High bearing capacity: The compressive strength can reach more than 30MPa, and the maximum load-bearing capacity can reach 80 tons or more. It can effectively disperse the concentrated load generated by heavy equipment, prevent road subsidence, and is suitable for the passage of heavy machinery such as cranes and excavators.
Lightweight and easy to install: The density is only about 1/8 of that of steel. For example, a standard 1.2m×2.4m plate weighs about 20-30kg, and 2-3 people can quickly carry and splice it, which greatly improves the construction efficiency and reduces the labor cost and transportation cost.
Excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance: The wear resistance is 7 times that of carbon steel, and it is immune to the corrosion of substances such as acid, alkali, salt spray, and organic solvents. It can maintain structural integrity in harsh environments such as chemical plants and coastal areas, and the service life can reach more than 10 years.
Good anti-slip and waterproof properties: The surface is usually designed with anti-slip patterns, and the friction coefficient can still be maintained above 0.6 in wet and slippery environments, ensuring the safety of vehicle and personnel passage. At the same time, it is completely waterproof, avoiding the risk of softening of the foundation due to water seepage.
Environmentally friendly and recyclable: It is made of recyclable thermoplastic plastics, which can be recycled and reused after being discarded, and the regeneration rate can exceed 95%. The carbon emissions during the whole life cycle are 40% lower than those of traditional materials, which meets the requirements of green construction.
Construction sites: Used for the laying of temporary construction channels and material storage areas to prevent vehicles from sinking into the soft ground and keep the construction site clean and orderly.
Mining areas: It is suitable for the laying of roads for the passage of heavy vehicles in mining areas, and can resist the corrosion of ore powder.
Emergency rescue: Such as flood control and disaster relief, earthquake rescue, etc., it can be quickly deployed to build temporary channels to ensure the smooth passage of rescue vehicles and equipment.
Municipal engineering: For road maintenance, pipeline laying and other occasions, it provides a temporary traffic surface to minimize the impact on urban traffic.
Outdoor events: Such as music festivals, exhibitions, sports events, etc., it can protect the ground vegetation and be quickly removed after the event to restore the original appearance of the site.
