XINXING manufactures crane outrigger pads for mobile cranes, boom trucks, concrete pumps, aerial work platforms and other equipment fitted with stabilizer legs.
A correctly selected outrigger pad increases the bearing area beneath the outrigger foot, helping reduce ground pressure, limit sinkage and protect the supporting surface.
Our crane outrigger pads are available in UHMWPE and HDPE materials, with standard and custom round or square configurations. Different sizes, thicknesses, colours and branding options can be produced according to equipment and project requirements.
To recommend a suitable pad, XINXING reviews the maximum outrigger reaction, outrigger foot dimensions, ground-bearing pressure, working surface and handling requirements rather than relying on the total equipment weight alone.
Crane outriggers transfer concentrated loads through relatively small stabilizer feet. Placing a suitably sized pad beneath each foot increases the supporting area and helps reduce the pressure transmitted to the ground.
XINXING offers UHMWPE and HDPE outrigger pad options. These polyethylene materials resist water, do not splinter like timber and do not corrode like untreated metal supports.
Polyethylene pads can provide lower handling weight than many traditional timber or metal alternatives, depending on the pad dimensions and thickness.
The non-absorbent surface allows mud, oil and common site debris to be removed more easily. Pads can be inspected, stored and reused across multiple projects.
Available custom options may include:
Pad length and width
Pad thickness
Round or square shape
Colour
Logo and product identification
Drawing-based configurations

| Published capacity | Up to 300 tons for selected configurations; model-specific verification is required |
| Customisation | Size, thickness, shape, colour, logo and drawing-based requirements |
The published capacity of up to 300 tons applies only to selected configurations. Actual suitability depends on the pad dimensions, thickness, material, outrigger foot contact, maximum outrigger reaction and allowable ground-bearing pressure.
UHMWPE outrigger pads combine impact resistance, wear resistance and practical handling. They are suitable for demanding lifting and stabilizing applications where repeated use and resistance to moisture are important.
HDPE outrigger pads provide a reusable supporting surface for cranes, pump trucks, aerial equipment and other mobile plant. Different sizes and thicknesses are available for varying load and ground conditions.
Round pads can be supplied for equipment and storage systems where a circular format is preferred. The diameter and thickness must be selected according to the required bearing area and outrigger reaction.
Square pads provide a broad supporting area and are available in multiple standard dimensions. They are commonly used beneath mobile crane, boom truck, concrete pump and aerial platform outriggers.
Custom stabilizer pads can be manufactured according to submitted dimensions, drawings, colour requirements and branding needs. Technical feasibility should be confirmed before production.
Provide a broader supporting area beneath crane outriggers during lifting operations on construction sites, paved areas and prepared working surfaces.
Support stabilizer legs when concrete pump booms are deployed and concentrated loads are transferred through the vehicle outriggers.
Provide load-spreading support for boom lifts, truck-mounted platforms and other aerial equipment fitted with stabilizer legs.
Support utility trucks, maintenance vehicles, fire trucks and other mobile equipment operating beside roads or on soft ground.
Provide support beneath jacks or stabilizer feet used on commercial trailers, mobile machinery and temporary equipment installations.
Crane pads can be used on infrastructure, oil and gas, wind power, utility and industrial projects where heavy lifting equipment requires stable ground support.
Provide the following equipment and project information before selecting an outrigger pad:
Equipment make and model
Maximum reaction at each outrigger
Outrigger foot dimensions
Allowable ground-bearing pressure
Ground or pavement condition
Required pad size and shape
Handling and storage requirements
Required quantity
Delivery destination
Obtain the highest expected reaction at one outrigger from the equipment manufacturer, lift plan or qualified engineer. Total crane weight alone is not a sufficient sizing value.
The allowable ground-bearing pressure should be established through a competent assessment of the soil, pavement or supporting structure.
As an initial calculation, divide the maximum outrigger reaction by the allowable ground-bearing pressure to determine the minimum theoretical bearing area.
Surface area alone does not determine suitability. Material, thickness, outrigger foot contact area, expected deflection and pad support must also be reviewed.
Crane outrigger pads do not replace proper ground preparation, lift planning or the equipment manufacturer's operating instructions.
Inspect the pad for cracks, deep cuts, permanent deformation or other visible damage before use.
Remove sharp objects, loose material and debris from the supporting surface.
Position the pad on ground that provides continuous support without open voids.
Place the outrigger foot in the correct position on the pad according to the equipment and lift plan.
Monitor pad movement, settlement and ground condition during operation.
Clean and inspect the pads before storage and the next use.
Outrigger pads should not be used to bridge trenches, drainage channels or unsupported gaps. Purpose-designed stack cribbing blocks should be considered when additional height or properly engineered cribbing is required.
XINXING has manufactured engineering plastic and matting products since 1989. The company's total manufacturing site area exceeds 100,000 m².
Our integrated manufacturing capabilities include mould pressing, extrusion, CNC machining, cutting, assembly and packaging. These resources support the production of standard and customised crane pads for different equipment and project requirements.
Buyers can submit the required dimensions, shape, colour, logo and drawings for technical review. Our engineering and sales teams can recommend an appropriate configuration based on the equipment load and working-site information.
XINXING supplies UHMWPE and HDPE outrigger pad options. The appropriate material and thickness depend on the pad dimensions, handling requirements and operating conditions.
Yes. In addition to the commonly listed sizes, XINXING accepts requests for custom dimensions, thicknesses, round or square formats and drawing-based configurations, subject to technical review.
Yes. Custom colours, logos and product identification options are available for selected orders.
No. The published figure of up to 300 tons applies only to selected configurations. Actual suitability depends on the individual pad's material, size, thickness, loading arrangement and supporting ground.
Crane pads can help distribute the load over a wider area, but they cannot compensate for inadequate ground preparation. Very weak, saturated or disturbed ground may require additional site preparation or engineering controls.
No. An outrigger pad should be fully supported and should not be used to bridge voids or compensate for unsuitable ground. Properly designed cribbing or ground preparation may be required.
Provide the equipment model, maximum outrigger reaction, outrigger foot dimensions, ground conditions, preferred pad size or shape, required quantity, delivery country and any material or quality-document requirements.
Send us your equipment model, maximum outrigger reaction, outrigger foot dimensions, ground conditions, required quantity and delivery destination.
